White Chicken Chili

lavorful White Chicken Chili made with hearty beans, tender chicken, and a rich and creamy broth. It’s a lighter alternative to traditional beef chili and makes for a super satisfying dinner! If you’re lucky to have any left it will make great leftovers for lunch the next day too.

Ingredients

  • 1 glass jar of Randall beans
  • About a pound of shredded chicken
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 can diced chili’s
  • 1 packet of chili seasoning
  • 1 packet of ranch dip
  • Frozen corn – as much as you like
  • Sometimes I add jalapeños or some hot peppers, black beans, frozen corn, etc.

 

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a stock pot. Cook on high in the crockpot for a few hours. That’s it!
