06 Nov Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 2 (8oz) Packages of Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- 1- 9″ Graham Cracker Crust
- 1/3 Cup Pumpkin Pie Filling
- 1/2 Cup Whipped Cream
- Caramel Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325
- Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla
- Beat until smooth
- Add in Eggs one at a time
- Remove 1 cup of mixture and spread into bottom of pie crust
- Add pumpkin to the remaining mixture and then pour over the 1st layer
- Bake in a water bath 35-40 minutes
- Top with Caramel and whipped cream
