Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 2 (8oz) Packages of Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1- 9″ Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1/3 Cup Pumpkin Pie Filling
  • 1/2 Cup Whipped Cream
  • Caramel Sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325
  • Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla
  • Beat until smooth
  • Add in Eggs one at a time
  • Remove 1 cup of mixture and spread into bottom of pie crust
  • Add pumpkin to the remaining mixture and then pour over the 1st layer
  • Bake in a water bath 35-40 minutes
  • Top with Caramel and whipped cream
