19 Nov California Marinade
Ingredients
- 3 pounds lean beef
- 1 cup salad oil
- ¾ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup mustard
- 1-2 tsp. Pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
Cut beef in 1 ½” cubes. Combine all other ingredients for marinade. Add beef cubes to marinade, turning to coat. Refrigerate 24-36 hours, turning meat occasionally. (or place in a large zip-lock plastic bag and turn bag) Fill skewers, alternating meat with veggies. Broil over charcoal to rare or med. Rare, brushing frequently with melted butter.
