These mouthwatering sausage balls take less than 30 minutes to make from start to finish, and it’s perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a grab-and-go snack.
Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose baking mix (such as Bisquick)
- 1 lb. ground hot pork sausage, uncooked
- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Prepare oven and baking sheets:
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly spray two baking sheets with cooking spray.

Combine ingredients:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, pressing mixture together with hands.

Make sausage balls:
Shape into 3/4-inch balls, and place on lightly greased baking sheets.

Bake sausage balls:
Bake at 400ºF for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned.
